Aquamarine is a beryllium aluminum silicate, with its name derived from Latin, meaning "water of the sea." In the 12th century, Hildegarde of Bingen recognised its healing properties, adding it to her list of curative minerals. The stone's colour variations, ranging from light to dark, symbolise truth and deception; a nearly white hue indicates false friends. Aquamarine is associated with the Throat Chakra (5th chakra) and the Third Eye Chakra (6th chakra), influencing the ethereal and mental bodies within the aura. Its essence offers a refreshing and purifying effect on the body, spirit, and soul, fostering serenity and clarity while enhancing verbal expression and the harmonious articulation of emotions.
Essence Effect: Aquamarine Essence plays a vital role in energising the organs responsible for detoxification within the body. This makes it an excellent complement to fasting regimens or dietary adjustments. Additionally, it offers a soothing effect on the eyes, particularly after engaging in tasks that involve fine detail or prolonged computer use, alleviating tension and fatigue.
Mood: The essence also has a refreshing and calming influence that can help stabilise emotions during particularly intense situations. It facilitates the expression of feelings, making it easier to share emotions with others. As a result, it enhances feelings of love and confidence, allowing these sentiments to flourish.
Mind: Aquamarine essence positively influences several aspects of personality, particularly in enhancing language skills, expression, and mental clarity, while promoting a peaceful flow of thought. It serves as a valuable support for collaborative efforts by calming heightened emotions, improving understanding, and fostering inspiration among team members.
Spirit: In terms of spiritual development, Aquamarine aids in the growth of consciousness and strengthens the connection with our Higher Self. This essence facilitates the gradual removal of blockages within the body and aura, leading to complete regeneration. Additionally, it enhances intuition and intuitive insight.
